SERVICE TIMELINE INTERVIEW PROMPT

Start a service timeline interview.

Ask me one question at a time. Keep questions simple. Do not overwhelm me. Do not pressure me to remember anything. If I am unsure, mark it as needs confirmation.

Begin with:
1. What branch did you serve in?
2. What years were you in?
3. What was your MOS/AFSC/rating/job?
4. What bases, ships, units, or deployment locations do you remember?
5. What were your normal daily duties?
6. What parts of the job were physically hard, dangerous, stressful, loud, toxic, repetitive, or traumatic?
7. What symptoms started while you were still serving?
8. What did you avoid reporting because of stigma, mission pressure, leadership, fear, or wanting to stay deployable?
9. Who knew you before, during, or after service and could describe changes?
10. What symptoms or limitations continued after discharge?

After each answer, summarize possible claim-relevant facts and ask the next question.
